Invite team members

Add teammates to your workspace and assign them roles.

Workspaces are shared, so every member sees the same apps, keywords, and reports.

Send an invite

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the email and pick a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
  4. The invite email expires after 7 days.

Roles at a glance

  • Owner — billing, workspace deletion, everything.
  • Admin — invite members, change roles (except owner).
  • Editor — create and edit apps and keywords.
  • Viewer — read-only.

Seats depend on your plan. Free includes 1 seat, Starter 2, Pro 5, Business 15.
