Understand rank history

Read the rank history chart and spot meaningful movement.

Each keyword has a rank history chart that shows the last 30, 90, or 180 days.

Reading the chart

  • Lower is better — rank 1 is the top of search results.
  • Y-axis flipped so an upward trend means improvement.
  • A gray dot means we couldn't fetch a rank that day (rate limit, store outage, etc.).

What counts as movement

Day-to-day swings of 1-3 positions are normal noise. Look for sustained shifts of 5+ positions over a week, or a drop out of the top 10/50/100 — those usually correlate with metadata or algorithm changes.

Pin your most important keywords

On the keywords list, hit the star icon to pin a keyword. Pinned keywords show up in your weekly email digest.
