Workspaces are shared, so every member sees the same apps, keywords, and reports.
Send an invite
- Open Settings → Members.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the email and pick a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
- The invite email expires after 7 days.
Roles at a glance
- Owner — billing, workspace deletion, everything.
- Admin — invite members, change roles (except owner).
- Editor — create and edit apps and keywords.
- Viewer — read-only.
Seats depend on your plan. Free includes 1 seat, Starter 2, Pro 5, Business 15.
